We want you to be completely satisfied with DocSats. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date — no questions asked.
To request a refund, simply email us at support@docsats.com with your purchase email address. We'll process your refund within 5-10 business days.
• DocSats Starter ($19.99) — Full refund within 30 days
• DocSats Standard ($149.99) — Full refund within 30 days
• DocSats Family ($249.99) — Full refund within 30 days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
• Refund processing time depends on your bank or credit card company and typically takes 5-10 business days after we initiate the refund.
• If you used the Bitcoin inscription feature before requesting a refund, please note that Bitcoin network fees are non-refundable as they are paid to Bitcoin miners and cannot be reversed. The DocSats service fee will still be fully refunded.
• Documents already generated remain yours to keep, but we encourage you to have them reviewed by an attorney regardless of refund status.
After the 30-day window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience technical issues or service problems beyond the 30-day period, please reach out to us and we'll do our best to make it right.
